15 % per booking*
This package is ideal for owners seeking higher revenues. Staregis offers a comprehensive management service aiming to obtain the best possible return for only 15%* of your property rental income.
Fixed Income Package
No Fees per booking
This package is perfectly adapted for owners looking for a guaranteed fixed income. Staregis will rent your property for an extended period of time and provide you with monthly payments regardless of property guest rentals' fluctuations.

*Supply restocking, Airbnb fees, cleaning and repairs not included.
